I've spent more than thirty years studying what actually creates change — not the kind that lasts a week, but the kind that reorganizes how you see yourself and what you believe is possible.
My background spans adult education, consciousness studies, spiritual practice, and entrepreneurship. What connects all of it is a single question: why do some people change and others don't, even when they genuinely want to?
How I Got Here
I started over at age 33 as a single mother in a women's shelter with a one-year-old son.
I worked my way through college and earned a Master's degree in Adult Education — Summa Cum Laude. My husband Bill and I went on to build a direct sales organization of 25,000 people across the US and Canada.
That experience became formative. I watched people with identical opportunities produce wildly different results. I began to understand that inner life determines outer results — that belief and identity shape what people allow themselves to achieve far more than strategy or effort.
That observation became the foundation of everything I've built since.
The Work Underneath the Work
Despite external success, I experienced what mystics call the Dark Night of the Soul — a period of deep misalignment between outer achievement and inner peace.
I went looking for answers. Twelve-step work, psychology, metaphysics, Science of Mind, Agni Yoga, meditation. Not as a curriculum, but as a genuine search for something that would actually explain what I was experiencing and what I was seeing in others.
Gradually, I reorganized my understanding of myself — and developed the framework I now teach. The FIRE Formula isn't a business model. It's a map of how change actually works, drawn from the inside out.
The Spiritual Foundation
I became a licensed spiritual practitioner with the Centers for Spiritual Living, integrating consciousness studies with the practical business principles I'd spent years developing.
What I discovered is that spiritual principles and business patterns describe the same thing from different angles. Inner coherence produces outer results. The language is different. The mechanism is the same.
That integration — between the mystical and the practical, between inner work and outer execution — is what makes this work different from most coaching.
What I've Built From That Work
I developed the Enlightened Entrepreneurship Framework and the FIRE Formula — a four-dimension model of inner and outer alignment that applies equally to personal transformation and business growth.
I've written five books, created guided meditations, and coached individuals across a wide range of life circumstances. The common thread in what clients report: feeling clearer, more grounded, more connected to what's actually possible.
That's the work. Not motivation. Not strategy. Clarity — and the inner conditions that let you act on it.
A Few Things Worth Knowing About Me
I think in frameworks and am genuinely curious about consciousness and what actually produces lasting human change. I hold both a logical orientation and a deeply mystical one — and I've found they're not in conflict.
I believe warmth and humor belong in transformational work. And I trust — because I've seen it too many times to doubt it — that the capacity for real change lives inside every person.
